MHCCC is seeking an engaging, dynamic, passionate, and visionary pastor to lead our congregation. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership abilities with dedication to discipleship and development of lay leaders.
Church Profile:
The Mid-Hudson Chinese Christian Church (MHCCC) is a non-denominational, evangelical, Bible believing church. The Church is located in Wappingers Falls, NY, about 70 miles from New York City. The church has an average regular combined attendance of 80 people with separate services in Mandarin and English. Statement of faith and more information about the church can be found at MHCCC.org
Key Responsibilities:
Shepherd, oversee, and teach the congregation with empathy and wisdom in accordance with scripture.
Oversee and develop the small group ministries and christian education programs to provide discipleships to brothers and sisters.
Identify and train leaders to build a leadership team for the ministry.
Maintain good communication and working relationship with the deacon board, co-workers, and congregants in coordinating, overseeing, and providing guidance for the ministries and activities of MHCCC.
Provide pastoral care as required through counseling and visitation.
Plan and encourage activities to promote the development of the church and engagement with the local community.
Key Position Requirements
An MDiv or higher degree from an accredited seminary in North America with 5+ years of experience working in a multicultural church in the United States.
Exhibit strong Christian character that demonstrates a close relationship with God through personal devotion, worship, and prayer life.
Be legal to work in the US (Permanent Residency, or a US Citizen)
Structured, expository sermons based on scripture with applications for daily living
Be fluent in English with a preference for bilingual in Mandarin and English.

主要資格要求：
擁有北美認證神學院的道學碩士（MDiv）或更高學位，並具備 5 年以上在美國多元文化教會服事經驗
具備成熟穩健的基督徒品格，在靈修、敬拜與禱告中展現與神親密的關係
具備在美國合法工作的身份（永久居民或公民）
能以循序、有架構、以聖經為中心的釋經講道，且能應用於信徒生活
精通中文（普通話）或英文者皆可，優先考慮能雙語（中英）服事者
